Behavior Management

A.I.D.  Behavior Management is an approved Medicaid Waiver Provider through the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services or BDDS. All services outlined below require an approved Medicaid Waiver. There are two types of Waivers in which these services may be obtained through A.I.D. Residential Services; Family Support Waiver (FSW) or Community Integration Habilitation Waiver (CIH). AID Behavior Management

Behavior Management services are conducted by a qualified professional who has earned a Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health and/or Social Work (or related field of study).  Through this service your dedicated Behavior Therapist will assess, develop, and implement a personalized Behavioral Support Plan to assist the person served with any challenging behaviors they may experience. This will include training, crisis intervention, and ongoing support to the person served, family/friends, and/or any staff members.

Behavior Management Level 1

Clinical oversight of all Behavior Therapist as the HSPP. Oversight and approval of all behavior support plans, monthly progress reports, etc. Clinical supervision by a licensed HSPP is a state requirement for all Behavior Management services. A.I.D. Behavior Management maintains an active contract with Dr. Jenny Seiss for these services.
