Behavior ConsultantsWe are currently hiring for the position of Behavior Consultant which is a contracted position.

Below is a snapshot of duties:
Reports to Director for non-clinical supervision
Clinical Supervision by HSPP Conduct functional assessment on all person's receiving services within timeframe
Analysis data to form baseline and track trends
Develop and implement behavior support plan
Provide on going training and support to staff/family members of the client on implementation of the plan
Respond to crisis situations for all persons served
Participate in monthly Clinical Supervision meetings
Document monthly data reports clearly outlining all goals and outcomes Other duties, as assigned
LOCATIONS Adams County/Huntington and Warsaw/Goshen/South Bend areas
POSITION REQUIREMENTS Must have a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, ABA, Therapy/Counseling, or other related field of study. Background check required. CPR certification required (will provide). TB Test required (will provide). Experience working with the ID/DD population is preferred. This position requires flexibility in your schedule and the ability to travel and work independently.
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

Residential Services. Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: providing daily living assistance to individuals receiving services (showering, dressing, shaving, peri care, all other ADL's); Implementation of individuals BSP (if applicable); Transportation as required to medical appointments and community outings; Community integration activities/outings; Medication Administration; Active Treatment & promoting self-advocacy; ISP Goal outcomes; Documentation using a computer; Assisting individuals in independent living skills as required; Cleaning responsibilities in the service location; Assisting in meal preparation; Lifting and transferring of Individuals served (as required); All other duties as assigned.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent (must provide official transcripts).
Must be able to work every other weekend and 10 hour shifts.
One (1) year of experience working with persons with Intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
Pass the state requirements for criminal background check and drug screen.
Ability to become certified in the following: CPR, First Aid, Core A and B, crisis interventions and any other required trainings.
Must provide proof of car insurance and have a current Indiana State driver’s license.
Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs.), when needed.
Must be able to cook and operate household appliances
